Caramelised Red Wine Vinegar

A highly concentrated flavoursome vinegar which has been barrel aged and blended to optimise its richness. The vinegar has been caramelised to sweeten and mask the acidity. A small amount goes a long way. Great over Bruschetta or for salad dressings. Just a small amount sprinkled over rocket for instance is all the dressing you need.
